Studio is owned by myself, and I'm a freelance photographer. It's 40 square meters. The biggest room is used to film primarily on 2,8m wide backdrops (white / gray / black). I personally use it for shooting eaither products or people (from headshots to full length portraits). It was a small bathroom. The whole place is its own property, and when renting it, you use its entirety without any disturbance. IMPORTANT NOTE: Studio is located on the ground floor, and has direct access to the street. It can get loud sometimes, therefore I cannot guarantee that you will have complete silence if you are planning to capture any audio recording. I'm a photographer and I don't mind this.
